Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Captivux platform. By subscribing to the service, the business customer accepts them without reservation.
1. Purpose
Captivux provides a SaaS service for Wi-Fi captive portals, RADIUS authentication and white-label CRM, available in multi-venue mode.
2. Account & access
The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. All access to the admin console is logged. Captivux may suspend access in the event of abuse.
3. Customer obligations
The customer warrants that it has the right to operate the declared Wi-Fi access points, collects the required end-user consent, and complies with applicable regulations (Law 25 / GDPR).
4. Availability & support
Captivux uses reasonable means to ensure service availability. Scheduled maintenance interruptions may occur with prior notice.
5. Pricing & billing
Prices are those in effect at the time of subscription (see the Pricing page). Billing is recurring according to the chosen plan; non-payment may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its code and its brand remain the property of Captivux Inc. The customer retains ownership of its data and branding.
7. Liability
Captivux shall not be liable for indirect damages. Its liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service over the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable in Québec (Canada). Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Laval.
